Factory tour and visit from South Devon college students.

At TWM Technology Ltd, we are always striving to advance our manufacturing skills and streamline processes where it benefits our business. Quality remains a cornerstone of everything we do, and to maintain the precision and care our bespoke products demand, we balance manual craftsmanship with the use of advanced machinery.

Recently, we strengthened our relationship with South Devon College when Rob Smith, one of their engineering tutors, approached us with an idea to improve some of our processes using robotics. Intrigued, we invited him and eight of his students to visit the TWM facility.

During a comprehensive factory tour led by our Assembly Manager, Kane Herbert, the students explored our operations in detail. Following the visit, two students have already begun discussing innovative ways to enhance one of our manual processes. We were thrilled to set them this challenge and look forward to seeing their solutions come to life.
